  But assaults by Bayonne Police Officers - is James Mahoney along with Mark Smith in the bar and connected Broadway Diner have made it a "ghost" bar - not used by locald
  
  Mark Smith and James Mahoney - Bayonne Police Officers - used to sit in the dark corner of the bar on chairs against the wall - only watching patrons - sitting at the bar - 1980s + 1990s
